The recent opening of Enlyft’s new location in the vibrant city of Pune, India was reason enough for our local team to indulge in a few celebrations, while officially inaugurating the office space.
Enlyft is in a phase of hypergrowth, driven by the go-to-market industry’s increasing need for AI-centric tools that empower B2B enterprises to identify, prioritize and engage at scale with the right customers at the right time.
To meet this demand, the requirement for a larger workspace for our team of skilled software engineers, data scientists, and product specialists was undeniable.
Celebratory activities at the opening included the obligatory cutting of the ribbon, sharing a custom-made cake, gathering as a community for a team lunch, and familiarizing ourselves with our new office environment.
Lokesh Dave, Enlyft’s CEO and founder, will be in India this week to visit the team and attend the Pune tech networking event on September 25th. He takes great pride in how the region’s resident talent has significantly contributed to Enlyft’s success, saying: “We’re thrilled to provide our local team members with a new space as they continue to rapidly innovate, and to have more capacity to support hiring additional employees in the area.
“With the rising requirement for cutting edge B2B technology, and with Enlyft being in a stage of hypergrowth, we are confident that the Pune team will continue to deliver world-class solutions under the guidance of Pradip Thoke, Director of Software Engineering.”
We’ve celebrated a few success in 2024 so far. Those include the news we shared in April about our revolutionary next-generation predictive selling capabilities, including Account Fit, Buying Signals, and GenAI, in April 2024, signaling our dedication to taking the predictive selling industry to new heights.
Secondly, Enlyft’s recent certifications in data security underscore our unwavering commitment to safeguarding enterprise information, with detailed information available on the Enlyft Trust Center.
Thirdly, on top of our technological advancements, we are consistently recognized for our industry-leading performance in G2's prestigious quarterly reports for user adoption, market momentum, and excellence in account and sales intelligence.
Echoing these sentiments, our dynamic growth was further underscored by our inclusion in the esteemed GeekWire 200 list in August, featuring dynamic startups from various sectors.
As the primary Enlyft office for product and software engineering teams, we’ll continue to hire for Pune-based roles that include data engineers, backend and frontend engineers, SDET/QA engineers, data researchers and senior product experts.
“The opening of our new office is a testament to the wealth of talent and innovative thinking that is prevalent in the region,” says Pradip, who also works out of the Pune office.
“It represents a major step forward as we expand our capabilities and deliver groundbreaking solutions for our customers. To achieve our goals, we expect to more-than-double the Pune team over the next 12 months.”
